"Adventures, I used to call them. I used to think that they were things the wonderful folk of the stories went out and looked for, because they wanted them, because they were exciting and life was a bit dull...But that's not the way of it with the tales that really mattered, or the ones that stay in the mind. Folk seem to have just landed in them, usually...I expect they had a lot of chances, like us, of turning back, only they didn't. And if they had, we shouldn't know, because they'd have been forgotten."

A special boy

Please meet Easton

Why is Easton a special boy? Easton used to reside at the same baby house as Alina. In fact, they were in the same group. We had the pleasure of seeing him every day for a month. He's a beautiful boy, very active and fun. He loved to laugh and was very interactive. He and Alina were friends... when we came to get her for our visits they were often playing together.

Easton has recently been transferred out of the baby house. Fortunately he can still be adopted from his new orphanage.

Easton has Cerebral palsy like Alina. He's very high functioning and active.

So, in honor of Cerebral palsy Awareness month, I would like to invite all of you to go to HIS PAGE ON REECE'S RAINBOW and donate to his grant fund. Many times the only thing standing between a child and his family is the money. Adoption is not cheap, and with travel, the cost can seem overwhelming to a family who might otherwise jump at the chance to bring a child home.

Even better, if you go HERE and you can win some awesome prizes!

Easton desperately needs a family. He's such a sweet boy and knowing he was transferred right after we left just breaks my heart.
