"Adventures, I used to call them. I used to think that they were things the wonderful folk of the stories went out and looked for, because they wanted them, because they were exciting and life was a bit dull...But that's not the way of it with the tales that really mattered, or the ones that stay in the mind. Folk seem to have just landed in them, usually...I expect they had a lot of chances, like us, of turning back, only they didn't. And if they had, we shouldn't know, because they'd have been forgotten."

I had an incredibly vivid dream about our girl last night. We went to meet her and she came right to me! I picked her up and she laid her cheek against mine. I could feel her warmth, her hair, her weight in my arms. I just took it all in, and even today I can still feel her.
I didn't care for the next part of the dream.... She went with her groupa and I couldn't find her! Nobody understood me and I kept wanting to text someone to ask! Lol!

But today, I can only think of her sweetness in my arms, and waiting so impatiently to go to her.

It was interesting that the ONLY dream I had of Ellie during our wait was very vivid -- I still remember it -- like yours. I wrote it down in the blog and looked back later (after we got her referral) and it was the night she was born. I can't wait until you get to hold her just like in your dream!
